Questions
What customers ask before an order
- Who owns new CAD, tooling and test sequences?
- We agree it in writing for each order before work starts. What you bring stays yours.
- What do you do in-house and what do suppliers do?
- Assembly, testing and packing run here; larger board runs come from an EMS, named in the quote.
- Can you ship directly to our customers?
- Yes, as part of fulfilment. Destinations, carrier, customs and returns are agreed per order.
